CI is currently seeking actively licensed/certified appraisers who have  5+ years of residential appraising experience with national review experience preferred. The candidates for this position would be responsible for reviewing completed desktop valuation products for quality and accuracy and providing feedback to the CI panel of contract appraisers, as well as performing desktop valuation reports to determine the 90-120 day market value of properties located nationwide. This includes establishing an opinion of value based on data reviewed in provided BPOs, recent appraisal reports and/or MLS or third party data. These reports are signed by the completing appraiser. Other qualifications include: -- Candidates must be self-motivated to attain objectives and daily workflow requirements with minimal supervision. -- Candidates must be actively licensed or certified appraisers and have local market MLS access. -- Demonstrated organizational, analytical and research skills as well as the ability to conceptualize issues and develop complex processes, procedures or solutions. -- Ability to work with others in a professional manner to achieve individual objectives as well as organizational results. -- Excellent analytical and communication skills, including written, and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Word, Excel and Adobe). -- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to work under time constraints, good interpersonal skills, and high degree of initiative.
