The AVM with inspection combines the CaValue AVM with a property condition report/inspection of the subject property.  This product meets new federal guidelines and allows you to determine the condition of the property as well.

For AVM w Inspections that indicate more risk for the subject property, the HVR is the next step up. This appraisal
report lowers due diligence expense by incorporating a third-party inspection instead of requiring the appraiser to make a site visit.

Although designed primarily for the equity loan origination market, it provides the expertise and sign-off of an appraiser without the prohibitive pricing and slow turn time associated with “drive-by” (2055) or full (1004) appraisals, but retains the look-and-feel of an agency report. Because its use is restricted to the client and the client’s specific use, the HVR also minimizes risk posed by inadvertent third-party reliance. Pricing on request.
